Suicide Helplines

No one needs to struggle alone.

If you have already taken steps to end your life, or you are feeling that you cannot stay safe – please call 119 right away or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not hang up until the operator does.

If you are worried about someone else, and think their life may be in immediate danger, you can call 119 for an ambulance or 110 to reach the police. In order for emergency services to act, you will need to provide: their name, their phone number, and their address.
